Stunning lines with a touch of white glitter

I am absolutely in love with both this picture and the look! Although I could never pull it off myself, I figured I would still share. :) Conceal your skin, apply black gel eyeliner across your lid and swoop out (if past eye brow, too far) and sweep back in to beneath your lower lashes and stop half way, apply the black eyeliner (better to use a pencil for this step) to your upper and lower waterlines, apply mascara (volumizing and lengthening), and add a highlighter white (kinda glittery in this pic) to the interduct, lining the descending black eyeliner line to the bottom lashes, and below the brow.
