As a young girl, I never could resist a tutu. A free spirit, I was. Guess I never grew out of that! ;) But I think this would be the perfect way to pull it off- sometimes a look of all neutrals can be just as vibrant as the most obnoxious neon. I could just see a girl on the first day of art school wearing this.
Now if only I could paint ;)
