I mean cmon who doesn't love a polka dot skirt! Circle skirts are really in currently and they are perfect if you have a thin waisted that is often forgotten about with maybe having a bustier top or a curvier bottom. Cinch it in at the top for an even better fit! If you are a girlier girl, try wearing it to school or out with the girls!
